Privacy Policy

PIVOT collects no personal data. It makes no network requests, contains no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind, and it does not ask you to create an account.

This policy covers the Android game PIVOT: The Last Delivery and this website, both published by Shady Pigeon.

What the game stores

PIVOT saves two files on your device and nowhere else:

• pivot_save.json — per-level progress: attempts, best distance, which levels you have completed, and where your runs tend to end.
• pivot_settings.json — your settings, such as vibration and audio.

These stay in the app's private storage on your device and are never sent to us. If you have Android's own backup switched on, your phone may include them in your personal encrypted Google Drive backup — that copy belongs to your Google account, is controlled by your device's backup settings, and we have no access to it. Uninstalling the game deletes the copies on your device.

What the game does not do

• No accounts, sign-in, email addresses or names.
• No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
• No analytics or usage-tracking SDKs.
• No device identifiers, contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or files.
• No data sold or shared with anyone.

Google Play

PIVOT is distributed through Google Play, which collects its own data as the app store — installs, uninstalls, and anonymous crash and performance reports. We receive only aggregated statistics from Google and cannot identify individual players from them. That collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, not by this one.

This website

shadypigeon.com is a static site with no cookies, no analytics and no third-party resources. It is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard server request data (including IP address) to deliver and protect the site.

Children

PIVOT is suitable for general audiences and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because no personal data ever reaches us, there is nothing for us to look up, export or erase. The data the game stores is on your device and under your control: clear the app's storage or uninstall it. If you are in the EU or UK and have a question about this, write to the address below.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of PIVOT ever introduces advertising, analytics or any other data collection, this page will be updated to describe it before that version is released, and the Data Safety section of the Google Play listing will be updated with it. The effective date at the top records the last change.
